26 Autumn 2024 releases to have on your radar

As I write this, it’s the 31s August - otherwise known as the meteorological end of summer - and so the beginning of Autumn, Fall, and Spooky Season aka my favourite season.

Even though it’s going to be 27°C (80°F) tomorrow, it’s currently grey, windy and a gloriously cool 21°C and I have a blanket over my lap with an Autumn candle burning and my annual rewatch of ‘Gilmore Girls’ on in the background. Otherwise known as the perfect Saturday.

It’s the start of big reading season for me, and also a huge season for big book releases. I’ve collated both the books that I’m most excited for from September, October and November, but also some of the biggest releases in general.
