Standby, some of these book summaries are really long…

‘Ice Planet Barbarians’ by Ruby Dixon

You'd think being abducted by aliens would be the worst thing that could happen to me. And you'd be wrong. Because now, the aliens are having ship trouble, and they've left their cargo of human women - including me - on an ice planet.
And the only native inhabitant I've met? He's big, horned, blue, and really, really has a thing for me...

‘Captive of the Horde King’ by Zoey Draven

She made a deal with the Dakkari devil!

Now, he owns her!

On the unforgiving planet of Dakkar, I did what all the humans in our village did: kept my head down, worked to provide for my family, and I certainly didn’t break any Dakkari laws to risk inciting the alien race’s merciless wrath!

Unfortunately, the same couldn’t be said for my brother and one careless mistake brings a horde of the nomadic, barbarian Dakkari straight to our doorstep, led by their powerful horde king - a cold, ruthless, battle-scarred warrior demanding retribution!

In order to save my brother’s life, I do the unthinkable...

I sell myself to the horde king as his war prize. I agree to warm his furs, to travel with his horde across the wild lands of Dakkar, and to never see my family again!

But, as I struggle with my new reality, I discover that the surly, mysterious, dominant horde king never intended for me to be his concubine…

He wants me as his queen!

‘Stolen by an Alien’ by Amanda Milo

AROKH

I broke the rules and stole an auction item from her buyers.

Because somehow, they’d managed to abduct a Gryfala princess.

Though… she doesn’t look, or act, or sound quite like I thought one of her kind would.

But I’m merely a Rakhii gladiator; this is the closest I’ve actually ever been to a princess.

I’d be considered lucky indeed if she chose me to guard her.

Instead, I want more.

I need her to claim me.

Because she doesn’t know it, but now I can’t let her go.

ANGIE

Woke up in a freaking auction pen.

With no coffee.

But there were aliens. And they didn’t bid on me out of the goodness of their hearts.

FML.

Then this nice alien showed up in the nick of time, but he keeps referring to me as “Princess” and I’m starting to worry what he’ll do when he finds out that there’s been a little case of mistaken identity, that I’m not royalty - see, I’m not even whatever alien he mistook me for…

I’m just a human.

‘Choosing Theo’ by Victoria Aveline

Being kidnapped by aliens is only the start of Jade's problems. Thankfully, her rescuers, an alien race known as the Clecanians, are willing to protect her, but she has to stay on their planet for one year and respect the rules of their culture--including choosing a husband. Jade refuses at first but decides to play along until she can find a way back to Earth.

Theo, a scarred mercenary who prefers a life of solitude, is stunned when Jade selects him as her husband. After years of being passed over, he never imagined he would be chosen and neither did anyone else. Only one explanation makes sense…the curvy enticing female must be a spy, and Theo’s determined to break her cover using any means necessary.

As Jade and Theo are forced to spend time together, their chemistry becomes undeniable. But neither can afford to bring love into the equation, especially since Jade seems determined to go home. After all, she can't possibly stay here, right?

‘Caged with the Alien’ by Luna Kingsley

Will she be the one to lure the beast from the darkness?

Galak, once the proud leader of his tribe, has become one with death and pain. They call him beast, and he’s earned the title. Living in a cage, being forced to fight to survive has made him the worst version of himself. Most nights, he wonders if he’ll ever find his way back again.

Then she appears, dropped into the middle of the combat pits.

He’s given an order to impregnate her or face the consequences. But he’s Roh’ilian and they don’t hurt women or take what isn’t given freely. Even the beast within won’t allow it.

Emerie, desperate for money, arrived at a research organization to participate in a medical study. With zero family to lean on, her back is against the wall. Instead of the pills she expected, she wakes up in a strange place surrounded by creatures from science fiction novels.

She’s given a choice: submit to the beast or be passed from cage to cage until she gives her captors what they want – a successful mating between a human and alien species that results in a child. But Emerie just wants to go home. Even if there’s nothing for her to go home to.

She’s seen the beast’s incredible power firsthand. She also sees how he looks at her. If he wanted to, he could take her without question. Instead, he surprises her. Is it possible the beast has a soft side? And how far is he willing to go to make sure she remains unharmed?

‘Heart’s Prisoner’ by Olivia Riley

He's not like anything Lana has ever encountered.

Asset X: Massive, deadly, a little terrifying to say the least. A devilish warrior. And a killer. Captured on a hellish world after attacking a military campsite and now imprisoned in a state of the art cell inside one of the military’s top bases--Lazris.

And Lana has been assigned to "study" him. To learn his secrets and gain his trust, if he is ever allowed to set foot out of his cell. As a top behaviorist, it is the biggest hurdle of her career.

Asset X--or Xerus as he is called--won't give up his secrets easily. He is difficult, elusive, and--dare she say--unfathomably alluring...despite his seething demeanor and hard, frightening physique.

Something subconsciously draws her to him. Something wildly irresistible. Even if his wicked smile and needful gaze could just be a ploy to win her trust and escape his cell.

She shouldn't think of him like that. He is an alien after all. And possibly their enemy.

For Xerus claims he is on a mission. A mission to destroy. And he cannot afford to fail. If he dares let Lana get close, dares open his cold heart to her, she could compromise everything.

‘Possessed’ by Tana Stone

I sacrificed myself to save my sister’s ship. Now the raider warlord owns me.

It was my own fault. I was the navigator of our ship, and I’m the one who led us straight into Vandar territory.

We’d heard rumors about the Vandar raiders—everyone in the galaxy had. Terrifying and ruthless, they were a scourge on the Zagrath empire and destroyed everything in their path.

Few had actually laid eyes on the Vandar or the notorious warlords who led their fleets of warships—and survived to talk about it. So, when the ruthless aliens boarded our ship intent on destroying it and killing the crew, I did the only thing I could do.

I gave myself to the dark and menacing warlord. In exchange for allowing my sister’s ship passage out of the Vandar territory, I must share his bed and travel with his crew of deadly raiders. Even though the sight of the huge, battle-scarred alien terrifies me.

But as I adjust to my new life on a savage warship, I discover that the dominant alien warrior wants more than just my body. He wants to possess my soul. And he’ll make a new deal with me to get it.

So which one will you be reading first?
